One of the main ambassadors of this mission is Stéphane Sauvage, Sales Manager at JML Industrie, who is actively involved in the continuing education of foundry professionals through the ATF – Association Technique de Fonderie. Founded in 1911, the ATF brings together a large network of foundrymen, suppliers, researchers, teachers and students, all dedicated to the advancement of foundry techniques and technologies.

Stéphane Sauvage is a regular trainer, sharing his expertise on specific equipment and complex processes. These training courses enable participants to perfect their skills, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of industrial performance.

Inspiring the younger generation: a commitment to education

As well as working with professionals, Stéphane Sauvage is also involved in training young talent. In particular, he gives talks at the Lycée Henri Loritz in Nancy, a school renowned for its technical courses.
