A chiller consists of a vibrating conveyor with a connected air box and a permeable flow bottom made of special steel. Vibrating drive is provided by unbalanced motors or JML directed exciters. Frequency inverters ensure the optimal transport speed of the sand used. The cool air fan produces the necessary cooling air. A fixed hood with integrated humidifier, temperature probe and moisture sensor complete the cooler. The PLC is connected to a touch screen with moisture measurement and regulation system and provides consistent sand quality.
