The JML engineering division is able to develop and produce in-house complete sand plants for the processing and preparation of green sand, following the customer from the design phase through to commissioning. Our knowledge enables us to manage the process from the decoating phase, the subsequent return circuit with sand cooling systems, storage and subsequent extraction from silos, the preparation phase through the mixer with additive and water dosing, right up to the molding machine. We can handle systems with capacities ranging from 10 to 400 T/h.
