The transmission of knowledge and skills is an essential pillar of our commitment to the foundry industry. Sharing our expertise with the industrial community is essential to support innovation and strengthen the capabilities of professionals.
One of the main ambassadors of this mission is Stéphane Sauvage, Sales Manager at JML Industrie, who is actively involved in the continuing education of foundry professionals through the ATF – Association Technique de Fonderie. Founded in 1911, the ATF brings together a large network of foundrymen, suppliers, researchers, teachers and students, all dedicated to the advancement of foundry techniques and technologies.
Stéphane Sauvage is a regular trainer, sharing his expertise on specific equipment and complex processes. These training courses enable participants to perfect their skills, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of industrial performance.
As well as working with professionals, Stéphane Sauvage is also involved in training young talent. In particular, he gives talks at the Lycée Henri Loritz in Nancy, a school renowned for its technical courses. These meetings are an opportunity to show students the many opportunities offered by the foundry professions and to awaken new vocations.
This approach aims to train and inspire the future players in our industry, while giving them the keys to meeting tomorrow’s technological and environmental challenges. Supporting young people is essential to preparing the future of our sector.
Sharing knowledge and skills is an integral part of JML Industrie’s philosophy. By collaborating with training institutions and associations such as the ATF, we contribute to the development of skills and innovation in the foundry industry.
We thank Stéphane Sauvage for his commitment to knowledge transfer, and we will continue to actively support these initiatives to ensure a prosperous and innovative future for our industry.
